Do you want help us to promote a healthy planet for future generations? We are currently seeking a Service Administrator to enhance our Lifecycle Services team!

Main responsibilities
As a Service Administrator in Lifecycle Services (LCS) you have the main responsibility to ensure an accurate and timely invoicing for LCS. The Service Administrator will collect information needed from the departments, create and send the invoices. You will be responsible to follow up on the invoices and ensure payment from the customers, send reminders, collect information and escalate if needed.
The Service Administrator will also act as the main contact with finance and work to ensure master data in SAP is up to date, new customer registrations are performed etc. The role also includes other tasks like service coordination, spare part coordination and other administrative tasks.
Invoicing within LCS, service invoices, spare part invoices and project invoices.
Follow up on the invoicing status, received payments etc. with the involved parties.
Work actively with the customers to ensure timely payments of the invoices.
Work actively to improve the invoicing process and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Administrative tasks like handling new customer registrations, and new vendor registrations from LCS side.
Other LCS tasks like supporting on service/spares coordination, support on document handling and processes.
Participate in customer meetings, internal follow-ups and other activities as relevant for fulfilling main responsibilities.
Identify and propose improvements within the Business Line area; participate in implementing required changes and improvements.

What are we looking for?
A degree in a related field such as business, administration, or economics, or equivalent experience in a directly relevant area.
Experience with similar administrative tasks.
Proficient with common office environment IT tools (MS Office, SAP, Dynamics D365)
Fluency in English.
