In this international role as a Sourcing Analyst, you make sure that our partnerships bring us to the next level. You will be part of our international sourcing and quality team together with 10 other colleagues located in Malmö, Singapore and Poznan.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support to implement efficient sourcing and commodity strategies
• Calculate and analyze cost break downs and methods for reducing costs
• Negotiate and secure attractive conditions and ensure that suppliers are constantly challenged
• Operate both strategically and operationally within various commodity categories
• Actively finding new suppliers in different parts of the world
• Participate in New Product Development projects by identifying and contributing with innovative sourcing solutions.
• Secure to fulfill requirements of Responsible Sourcing and Duni Group’s sustainability targets
• Constantly striving for improving and developing the strategic sourcing team way of working

Who are you?

You are an agile and action-driven person with a lot of self-drive and commitment. You have a strategic mindset not minding the operational work. You are a champion when it comes to communication and collaboration as you will work closely with your team colleagues, planners, product managers, project managers and suppliers.
You have a university degree in engineering and/or business and 1-3 years sourcing experience, e.g. negotiation, trading and deal making. Experience from food packaging is an advantage.
For this role communication is key to success, and since you will come to work in an international environment you need to be fluent in English.
