Key Qualifications:

• Design and Implementation. You have good knowledge of designing and implementing strategies.
• Portfolio Management. You possess solid knowledge of portfolio management, ensuring effective prioritization, follow-up, and risk balance.
• Business Development and Innovation. Your broad knowledge of business development and innovation methodologies and solutions will drive our strategic initiatives forward.
• Project Management. You have previous experience from managing projects, preferably in a large global organization or environments.
• Relationship Building. You are excellent in building networks and impactful and influential relationships.
• Leadership and Operational Skills. You have set strategies, executed plans, and delivered results, showcasing your leadership and operational experience.
• Meeting Place. Preferably you have experience from meeting place business or from the retail industry.
• Digital Solutions. Experience from digital solutions and tools supporting business development initiatives.

A day in your life with us

As a Strategy & Portfolio Leader you will contribute to the creation and deployment of winning and actionable strategies. Going from vision to action and from data to decision, securing seamless strategy deployment within Ingka Centres roadmap. You will be leading and developing the innovation portfolio across the planning landscape to maximize the value creation aligned with our Value Creation goals.

Your everyday will also involve translating complex tasks into simple solutions, networking with influential partners, and inspiring the implementation of our strategic direction across our organization.

Among other responsibilities, you'll:

• Lead and develop portfolio management with clarity in prioritization, follow-up, and risk balance to ensure a balanced portfolio to support the deployment of the Ingka Centres Direction.
• Identify and facilitate cross team collaboration and prioritization from total portfolio perspective to create opportunities for synergies and creating a shared approach.
• Collaborate closely with Ingka Business planning team and other key stakeholders, on the strategy deployment.
• Secure an aligned approach towards initiatives and activities supporting Ingka Centres Direction execution through up-to-date Commitment Plans.
• Engage, inspire, and guide the implementation of the strategic direction across the planning landscape.
• Ensure clarity in goals to facilitate effective measurement of success.
• Collaborate with Ingka Group Strategy Development & Innovation portfolio team for development and alignment to increase efficiency and impact of Ingka 10 jobs and Ingka Centres Direction.
• Contributing to managing the Ingka Centres Strategic landscape, framework, methods and tools.
• Contributing to the development of Ingka Centres Direction in close collaboration with Strategy & Insight Manager.

You'll report to our Strategy & Insights Manager, and be based in Malmö, Sweden ; Madrid, Spain; Warsaw, Poland; or Shanghai, China.

The domain works across the Strategy & Insights, Concept & Customer Experience, New Business & Innovation and Digital subdomains.
