Your role

Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in collaborating with senior stakeholders, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains
ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard
define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
gather information through surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services

Your team

You’ll be working in the IB Application Support team for FX. In this crew you will be part of a global team supporting a number of proprietary trading applications used by FX businesses in UBS.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT or finance topic, no longer than 18 months prior to program start date
has experience with high-level cloud technologies and Dev Ops as well as Linux and Solaris
generally adapts fast to new technologies and trends
has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start date: February 2025

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
