About Our Client
For our client, a leading multinational company, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support their Switzerland entity and its subsidiaries.

Job Description

Prepare interim and annual statutory financial statements for Swiss entities and those domiciled in the Netherlands.
Prepare tax returns and required filings for Swiss and Dutch entities, including VAT, CIT, and WHT.
Assist auditors with quarterly reviews and annual financial statement audits.
Manage and review subsidiaries' financials.
Assist in preparing board meetings and related materials.
Support the corporate accounting and GL accounting team.
Prepare and file Pillar II and Glo BE filings.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

The Successful Applicant

Undergraduate degree in Accounting as well as a certification as Swiss Certified Accountant or Chartered Accountant/CPA
Over five years of experience in public accounting or in-house accounting preferred.
Experience with Swiss GAAP and Swiss Code of Obligations as ell as interest in developing know how in US GAAP
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong technical accounting skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Flexibility to handle multiple priorities.
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Experience with People Soft preferred; Oracle FCC experience is a plus.
Understanding of Swiss Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
