Administrative Specialist in DSV are acting as pro-active interface between all relevant internal and external service providers, ensuring correct and error-free processing.

Your Key Tasks

• Storage and administration of rates on WCN as well as on S-Drive
  
• CASS control and complaints
  
• Examination of incoming invoices and booking (possible handling, tracking, material invoices)
  
• Processing and positioning of incoming monthly invoices Switzerland (GSA's which do not run via CASS, Cargologic, Dnata invoice of import fees, etc.)
  
• Responsible for the correct and complete filing of all documents in digital form as well as data storage in local
  systems
  
• Distribution operational dashboard to branches
  
• Keeping departure statistics
  
• Data Qualtiy and milestones daily follow up
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Functional know-how in Air Freight
• Experience in an international environment
• Team player
• Good communication
• Customer focus (monitors customer expectations continuously and is willing to adapt own activities/procedures)
• Planning & Organizing (Ability to prioritize, plan, assign & control)
• Time management (monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones)
• Knowledge and trained on Good Distribution Practice Concepts and applicable SOPs

Educational

• Commercial apprenticeship
• Relevant working experience

Language Skills

• Fluent in English and French
• German is an asset
