Job Description

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Analyze and document business requirements related to data management, data mesh, and data distribution.
Develop and implement strategies for data management within the banking environment.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions.
Provide expertise in data-related initiatives and projects.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of technical solutions.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the financial sector.
Strong understanding of data management, data mesh, and data distribution.
A previous experience in a banking environment is mandatory.
It is mandatory to know SQL.
Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
Swiss residency is required at the beginning of the mission.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
