About Our Client
For our client, an international company that is active in commodity trading, we are currently looking for an experienced Compliance Officer 100% who is able to start immediately for a one year contract. The person needs to bring along experience in the anti-corruption and bribery field.

Job Description

Offering global guidance and advice on anti-corruption and bribery to the business and Compliance team members
Tracking and evaluating regulatory changes and updates from diverse authorities
Reviewing and improving current anti-corruption and bribery (ACB) policies, presentations, manuals, and training materials
Designing and delivering compliance training for the business and Compliance team members worldwide
Performing due diligence and ongoing monitoring of high-risk business partners

The Successful Applicant

4-6 years of compliance experience, with a specific focus on anti-corruption and bribery (ACB) topics
In-house experience is preferred
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous but not mandatory
Experience working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Self-driven, enthusiastic, and a genuine team player with high integrity and trustworthiness
Highly organized with strong planning skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset
Capable of balancing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing tasks, and working effectively under time constraints
Driven by a passion for enacting change
