Deine Aufgaben

• Maintain, develop, and further shape data products in the areas of finance and category management.
• Work in a cross-functional Scrum team (data architect, analytics engineer, ml engineer, product owner, team lead) to tackle complex initiatives.
• Focus on business goals while planning and managing efficient ETL data flows to transform raw data into clean, usable data.
• Orchestrate data flows for analyses, models, and reports that align with business needs.
• Provide expertise in data modeling and reporting to support complex projects from other teams.
• Continuously improve data products to meet evolving business and stakeholder needs.

Deine Fähigkeiten

• At least 2-3 years of work experience as a data analyst or analytics engineer, with a degree in a data-focused field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data modeling and analysis, including correlation, causality, measures of location scales, different distributions, dispersion measures, and significance.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL is required (we use Big Query and Dataform) and Python (we use Py Charm and Jupyter Notebooks) is a plus.
• Experience in data visualization (preferably using Tableau) with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• You are capable of communicating the output and insights from your work in a clear and understandable manner to both business and technical stakeholders.
• You have strong problem-solving skills, have a good technical understanding and an above-average ability to understand complex relationships, and can work independently or as part of a team.
• You have a good sense of humor, a lot of drive and are able to keep an overview of the big picture in a very dynamic environment.
• You thrive in a transparent environment, where open feedback, assertive communication, diversity, collaboration and self responsibility is highly valued.
• Being fluent in both, English and German, is essential.
