Your Mission- Support regional leaders and store leaders to validate their budget and achieve it and enlighten and challenge them on the financial piloting of their financial KPIs - Explore innovative financial technologies and systems to enhance financial reporting accuracy, efficiency, and data analytics capabilities - Monitor omni channels revenue, expenses, profitability, and other financial indicators, providing the stores team with real-time feedback on their performance - Support the cost controlling leader in strategic thinking about financial performance - Act as a deputy of the cost controlling leader when needed - Help business leaders to identify areas for improvement, optimize marketing efforts, and enhance overall omnichannel success - Contribute to the sustainable performance of the Switzerland activity with growth of services (rental, 2nd life, reparation) - Support various local projects such as real estate, commercial, transformation and innovations of the business - Develop the skills and autonomy of field teams in economic management (economic analyses, activity management, budgetary process, ROI, cashflow forecast etc.)
