Job Description

Governance and Reporting: Develop and manage high-quality, time-sensitive reports for internal and external audiences. Support committee meetings, ensuring clear process flows and effective communication of roles and responsibilities. Prepare presentations and responses for various committees and boards.
Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for communication deliverables. Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Process Management: Screen funding requests for compliance and coordinate the review process. Ensure data accuracy and facilitate the translation and communication of guidelines.
Support for Funding Requests: Provide end-to-end support for funding request processes, including coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Business Process Optimization: Contribute to the development of tools and templates to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Document lessons learned and best practices to continually improve funding request and review processes.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:
Essential: University degree in public health, business, economics, international/public affairs, social science, communications, or related fields. 2-4 years of relevant experience in governance, communication, and policy-related roles. Proven ability to draft high-quality reports and presentations.
Desirable: Advanced degree and international experience, particularly in grant-making or grant implementation. Familiarity with relevant processes and policies, and experience in a multicultural professional environment.

High degree of adaptability and collaboration.
