Your role and responsibilities

As HR Operations Document and Project Specialist you are a core member of the Swiss HR Operations team and will play an important role in contributing to the successful implementation of the HRTP project in Switzerland. You will work closely with the local Document expert, as well as the local HRTP project team to ensure go-live readiness. In addition, you contribute to daily operations if and when needed. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the HR Operations team in Switzerland. You will be mainly accountable for: • Supporting the implementation of Workday as the new global HR core system, focusing on improving and optimizing HR processes and the overall system landscape to achieve a higher level of efficiency and integration. • Preparing, coding, and setting up the document management systems for a successful Go-Live, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all documents are correctly configured, accurate, and aligned with project requirements. • Contributing to the analysis of document needs and gathering project deliverables, taking an active role in ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards, while managing specific HR-related project tasks and acting as a liaison between project contributors and stakeholders. • Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-country HR teams, working to drive the standardization, simplification, automation, and digitalization of HR services and processes, while also supporting day-to-day operations by taking on selected tasks as needed.

Qualifications for the role

You hold a commercial degree and/or you are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (BWL) or Human Resources (HR) management and bring initial work experience in a comparable role, demonstrating a thorough and detail-oriented way of working.
You are proficient in the use of MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams, One Note), ensuring smooth and efficient handling of tasks across these platforms.
Fluency in both German and English is essential, while knowledge of French and/or Italian is considered a plus.
Your ability to work with precision and focus on quality sets you apart, contributing to the success of the tasks at hand.
You hold a current work permit valid in Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
