INTERNSHIP ROLE

We are looking for an HR & Talent Intern to join our EMEA team based in Stabio (CH). You will support HR activities with a focus on talent.

KEY INTERNSHIP INFO
Start date: October 1st, 2024.
For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
We cannot grant that internship will lead you to a permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN
You will work closely with the HR & Talent team, being responsible of:
Supporting HR process across different teams and brands.
Delivering HR activities collaborating with Talent Acquisition and other HR functions.
Working across different HR teams to bring to life our people agenda.
Shadowing HR teams to learn about human resources and people management.
Lead HR projects in the talent space (development, management, acquisition) based on our annual people goals.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE
You will have a student status while beginning an internship or you have graduated already before in 2024 – it’s a must.
You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.
You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.
First experience such as other internships, and extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.
