Our client is a known international financial institution.

Job Description

Technology Support and Maintenance:
Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and support technology and office systems.
Collaborate with support peers to enhance knowledge of supported technologies and business cycles.
Update the knowledge base and ensure accurate information is available.
Monitor the support queue, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly.
Document actions and solutions in the incident management system.
Communicate with clients on incident and request statuses.
Adhere to Service Management best practices.

Technology Acquisition and Implementation:
Ensure technology meets local business needs and participate in acquisition and implementation.
Develop knowledge of business cycles and technical requirements.
Pursue relevant training opportunities.
Perform asset management and lifecycle processes, ensuring timely delivery and installation of hardware and software.
Set client expectations for new hardware and software implementation.
Partner with Lifecycle Management, Service Operations, and Engineering teams.

Project Participation:
Participate in projects involving new technology evaluation and integration.
Complete project tasks and execute test plans as assigned.
Communicate project status and new technology information to clients.

The Successful Applicant

5 years of experience minimum as an IT Supporter
IT educational background
Familiar with the Microsoft environment, O365, Service Now, AD, Windows 11...etc.
Familiar with CISCO network
Proactive mindset, willing to be involved within a variety of projects and share insights
Flawless English (C1 level minimum required) - French is optional
