Job Description

• Manage the monthly financial closing process, ensuring effective collaboration with the Business Services Center and other stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions for multiple entities, and provide necessary justifications.
• Conduct regular account analyses and reconciliations to maintain compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare and present quarterly financial reviews to senior management and the board of directors.
• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of annual statutory reports and financial statements in line with Swiss regulations.
• Assist with income tax calculations for both internal and external reporting purposes.
• Act as a finance business partner, supporting key stakeholders across various management levels.
• Handle additional tasks and projects to support the overall finance function as needed.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2+ years of relevant experience in the field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including US GAAP and the Swiss Code of Obligations.
• Proven experience working in a multinational environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate financial statements.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP (FI/CO), and advanced Excel skills.
• Proactive and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus, with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a dedicated and results-driven approach.
