Junior Business Analyst and Technical Consultant for Business Applications

As a Junior Business Analyst and Technical Consultant for Business Applications, you will work in a dynamic environment at Accelleron Industries' headquarters in Baden, Switzerland. In this role, you will analyze business requirements and support the implementation of these business processes in software. This will be done as part of implementation projects for existing or new managed business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technology stacks.

You will take responsibility for applications assigned to you, support the business as a level 2 contact in case of difficulties and work closely with the development team. This position is initially limited to one year and is explicitly aimed at career starters/university graduates.

Your role

You advise internal customers (business) on the implementation of business requirements in new or existing software applications in Microsoft Power Platform

You analyze business requirements in detail and show solutions for technical implementation

You act in the role of business analyst, technical consultant and/or IS project manager

You work in a team with experienced technical consultants, business analysts and software developers

You are the interface between business and developers

You provide technical support at level 2 and coordinate activities with level 3

Your profile

You have a (technical) university degree in business information, computer science or industrial engineering

You can communicate in a level- and stakeholder-oriented manner and have a service mentality

You communicate in excellent English (min. level C1) and German (min. level B2) .

You have already gained initial experience in the field of software development, business analysis, e.g. as part of an internship/working student activity or similar

You have a passion for technology and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
