We are searching for a friendly and passionate person to join our Procurement and Planning team in Zurich. In this entry role, you ensure that our plants are ordered according to the schedule, and our customers are visited regularly by our greenery specialists.
Together, we will turn offices into greener workplaces, provide stable and high quality service planning and help our plants grow in Switzerland and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Handle the procurement and delivery of plants and materials in Switzerland and Germany
• Regularly update the resource management tool
• Document process standardisations
• Assist creating a more sustainable supply chain
• Research opportunities for automatisation and improving efficiency of customer visit planning

• Clear communication skills, proactive, empathetic, approachable, and enjoys collaborating with other teams
• Keen attention to details
• Doer-attitude, solution-oriented and a never-give-up motto
• Ability to work independently and willingness of taking responsibility
• Strong organizational and time management skills - you love making plans :)
• Fluent in English and German
