• Ownership and management of the recruitment process focusing on an optimal experience of both the candidates and hiring managers also for the Tact Time Recruiting
• Trial days and onboarding execution together with the training team in Wohlen
• Being first point of contact for our candidates and our company’s cultural ambassador
• Contributing actively to both developing and reaching our team goals and company vision

Deine Fähigkeiten

• Recruiting experience in SCM/ logistics
• Proficiency in German and English language (Recruiting team meetings will be in English)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
• Building trust through consistent and reliable actions
• Utilizing emotional intelligence to foster people-centered approaches
• Expressing oneself truthfully and fostering genuine relationships
