This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities
The PMA Sales Director is a business professional skilled on Cable Protection systems, electrical harnesses, plastic materials. She/He has extensive experience selling solutions for electrical harnesses in key segments such as: the railway (both rolling stock and infrastructures), robotics/automation and machine building. Enjoy creating strategies, setting goals and leading international teams and partners. Ability to interact with the major segment players to negotiate business frameworks and build long term relationships. Experience in value selling and in coaching sales teams to hit their objectives while proactively support the customers. Ability to interact with R&D, product management and marketing to gather the relevant information instrumental to support the customers. The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid/remote You will be mainly accountable for: - Lead the PMA Sales Team and the international Sales Partner network to hit the business targets. Influence the ABB local sales organization to execute the PMA sales plans in the countries. - Working with the Sales Team, Sales Partner, the application engineer and collaborating with the business development manager, ensure that the relevant actions to develop new business areas are exploited while continue growing the consolidated ones. - Work closely with management, the sales team and the partner network to motivate customers worldwide, including key accounts, to purchase PMA. - Contribute to teamwork and knowledge sharing across the organization, maintain and updated reporting system. Collaborate with the counterparts of other ABB Installation Products Divisions to share profitable business opportunities. - Experience to lead high performing international Sales Teams/Partners
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing large, international contracts
- Ability to build and maintain key accounts and strategic customer relationships at all levels
- Ability to build and communicate the sales strategy to different stakeholders
- Industry knowledge and financial understanding
- Global mindset and the ability to deliver
