About the job :
To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Process Engineer - Pharma/Biotech (m/f/x).
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing production installations while actively participating in technical studies and project execution.
Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct the necessary technical studies for the design and optimization of production installations.
• Define and size equipment and production systems based on specific plant requirements.
• Develop and update P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) for process installations.
• Draft technical specifications, functional analyses, and operating manuals to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
• Participate in the selection of the most suitable technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Manage interactions with suppliers to ensure project success and adherence to technical specifications.
• On the shop floor, oversee production activities, identify and implement process improvements, and ensure the compliance of existing installations with regulatory standards.

About you:

• Academic degree(s) with focus on process engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a related sector.
• Proficiency with design tools (Auto CAD, simulation software) and knowledge of industrial safety standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on solving technical challenges.
