To strengthen our team in Switzerland (Neuchâtel), we are currently looking for a Process Validation Engineer (m/f/x).
ABOUT THE JOB :

• Develop and execute process validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
• Lead validation activities for new and existing processes, ensuring they meet regulatory and quality requirements.
• Perform process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Generate and review validation documentation, including validation master plans, protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
• Participate in CAPA investigations related to process deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Support process transfer activities between development and production.

ABOUT YOU :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process validation within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of GMP guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with IQ, OQ, PQ protocols and process validation documentation.
• Familiarity with validation of processes such as sterilization, cleaning, mixing, or filling operations in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work across different departments.
• Knowledge of FDA and EMA regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in French is required,
