Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a subject matter expert for specific products or product lines, providing technical guidance, product demonstrations, and sales support to internal teams and external stakeholders. Each day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer service to develop product positioning strategies, marketing materials, and sales tools. You will also develop project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies to mitigate potential obstacles and ensure project success. The work model for the role is onsite. #LI-Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: • Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and product improvement opportunities. • Serving as a liaison between R&D, sales, and marketing teams and suppliers to ensure alignment on product development priorities, timelines, and objectives. • Managing the technical specification of product assigned and supports the Product Manager in developing the business case for offering developments. • Ensures appropriate training material is available for use both internally and externally as well as supporting marketing launch and campaign programs.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in one of the areas such as product management, technical sales, project management, engineering ideally within the UPS industry.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights and strategies.
• Experience in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, NORRD, and Planisware.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
