Are you detail oriented, even when multitasking? Do you know how to take care of clients? We’re looking for someone like that to help us:

• ensuring proper exception handling, trade monitoring and manual interventions on client & market transactions
• handle various control and reconciliation tasks, provide support and advice for front and middle office staff
• interface with internal and external clients to provide operational and administrative support as needed
• see that Operations processes – like securities, payments and cash – comply with regulations, guidelines, standards and policies
• processing of cancellation & rebooking of transactions (including Mistrade management, special events) reconcile the various risk
• processing, supervising and validating Private Placement Hedge Fund Transfers

You will be working within Securities Order Room. The team Trade Processing Funds is organisationally part of Global Wealth Management Operations Switzerland. The unit consolidates all Primary Funds driven post trade processing activities within booking center CH. Therefore, we offer a versatile and dynamic product and process environment, which will be continuously developed and redesigned. In addition, we are operating internationally within a F2B integrated business model. The portfolio of the team includes critical success factors in the front-to-back process for the Funds Processing. It offers employees interesting insights into the entire value chain within the fund’s lifecycle, market and infrastructure.

Your team is organizationally part of WM Operations Switzerland Securities Settlement Non Order Room and consolidates the end to end process of asset transfers for booking center CH. We offer the opportunity to work in a flexible and dynamic team with many years of experience. In addition we are operating internationally within a F2B integrated business model. This position offers you interesting insights into the entire value chain within the securities lifecycle, market and infrastructure.
