Our client is an international industrial company based in Lausanne.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Lead, coach, and motivate project teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Identify, assess, and minimize project risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, issues, and successes regularly to all stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are maintained.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of the software development cycle and agile methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing large, diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
- Excellent command of English (almost native) is mandatory
