To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Aseptic Filling Process Engineer (m/f/x).
ABOUT THE JOB :

Ensure timely plant readiness to support experimental / clinical activities
Ensure timely delivery of clinical material from internal pilot plants
Manage the overall relationship with internal and act as the single point of contact between the organization and the respective manufacturing site
Provide pilot plant input & requirements to Drug Product Development (DPD) / Primary Container Development (PCD)
Support scale-up and Tech-Transfer
Source raw materials and components as required
Put relevant manufacturing information and technical capabilities in place for the operations team to flawlessly produce the DP according to Gx P, EHS and business requirements
Ensures that manufacturing processes are consistent with agreed platforms and are scalable and transferable to commercial operations
Supports investigations, CAPAs, change controls according to assigned responsibilities and performs critical raw data review for key documents
Assess new technologies / applications: feasibility, business case, conceptual design, installation and implementation
Prepare business plan forecasts and monitor actual spend vs budget.

ABOUT YOU :

Academic degree(s) with focus in Engineering or Chemical or any other related field
Aseptic formulation and filling expertise
First experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical or similar industries
You have good analytical and synthesis skills as well as diligence and team spirit
Fluency in English and German would be an asset

Only applicants with Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or candidates with an existing and valid residence and work permit in Switzerland will be considered.
