Tech Transfer DSP Specialist (M/F/X)

To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Tech Transfer DSP Specialist (M/F/X).
ABOUT THE JOB :
During the tech transfer phase, you will mainly:

Support the technical integrator and DSP engineer in creating and maintaining a list of deliverables (for example Mass Balance, Bo M, Batch Records, sampling plan)

Support the technical integrator and DSP engineer in maintaining a project timeline

Author and review Tech Transfer Documents, Work Instructions, SOP, Technical documents (URSs, material specifications, facility-fit assessments)

Provide technical oversight of tech transfer activities

Support in coordinating local tech transfer activities with other departments (procurement, manufacturing, QC, QA, Engineering, process science)

Translate Tech Transfer strategies into local actions, deliverables, etc

Support the implementation of new processes by supporting cleaning verification/ validation activities

Contribute positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics

ABOUT YOU :

Technical or scientific degree (e.g. biotech engineer, pharmaceutical engineer, process engineer, chemist, etc.)

Experience in the field of biotechnology production of Bulk Drug Substance, preferrable in DSP

GMP experience

Excellent Project Management skills

Good MS-Office knowledge

Ability to work in a fast paced – high regulated environment

French and English (Fluent)

Team work oriented mindset

Only applicants with Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or candidates with an existing and valid residence and work permit in Switzerland will be considered.
