As a Business Analyst at TWINT Whitelabel, you will join one of three agile teams comprising approximately ten specialists. The teams are focused on integrating the TWINT Scheme with over 60 banks' core systems and support organizations. As a key figure in the value stream, your role is to understand the internal and external requirements and develop high-quality solution options or designs that you present to our clients or management. You aim to enhance account integration security and convenience, streamline support team workflows and ensure transaction authorizations are performed in a secure, reliable and efficient manner. Your well-designed solutions ensure the quality of TWINT integration for over 60 TWINT Whitelabel banks.

Shape design of popular dynamic products with 4 million+ users
Collaborate with project management, product managers, developers, TWINT and issuing banks to understand customer needs and define solutions
Highly flexible, feature-based work with drill-down capabilities
Capture, document, analyze and manage functional and non-functional business and technical requirements for TWINT's Whitelabel App, Bank Support GUI and Backend
Directly interact with bank customers from across Switzerland
