Job Description:
Swiss Himmel is seeking a highly skilled UAT Test Analyst to join our team for a migration project with our prestigious client, UBS AG. As a UAT Test Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, documenting test cases and scenarios, executing test cases, and presenting test evidence to the business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and document test cases and scenarios.
• Execute test cases and present test evidence to the business.
• Work with multi-geographic teams to support test execution.
• Execute UAT testing for data migration.
• Establish and monitor measures related to testing, providing insights to project and senior management.
• Report to different levels of Product Owners and conduct test analysis walkthroughs.
• Coordinate between different lines of business for requirements and sign-offs.
• Identify and monitor program risks.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 4+ years’ experience in the banking domain with UAT experience covering all aspects of the SDLC, including reporting.
• Extensive exposure to ETL testing and advanced SQL query writing (3-4 years of experience).
• Strong experience in UAT end-to-end test activities.
• Experience with JIRA (XRAY is a strong plus).
• Knowledge of wealth management banking, including client lifecycle management, legal regulations, digital channels, product suitability, portfolio management, and advisory services.
• Knowledge of financial products and banking experience in the markets domain.
• Strong communication skills (fluent in English; German is a plus).
• High sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
• Open-minded personality with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and communication with different levels of management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in wealth management with an agile mindset.
• Knowledge of data migration testing.
• ISTQB certification.
• Agile Scrum Master / Product Owner certification.

Contract Details:

• Remote Work: No (must be based in Zurich, Switzerland)
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week
• Language Skills: Business fluent in English (C1/2 level); German is a plus.
