Job Description:
As part of our ambitious expansion, we are launching a new business unit focused on delivering comprehensive Zoho solutions. This unit is a cornerstone of our growth strategy, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who want to build something meaningful with us for the long term. We are looking for individuals at various experience levels who are ready to commit to growing this new venture with us. Whether you're just starting your career or bringing years of expertise, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Zoho solutions offering.
As a Zoho Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in the growth of our new Business Management unit. You will be involved in various functions—sales, marketing, consulting, and technical support—while working closely with KIDAN’s central teams in marketing, sales, account management, and operations. This is an opportunity to grow with us, contribute to something new, and be part of a long-term journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Execution:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate and convert leads into loyal clients for our Zoho solutions.
- Collaborate with KIDAN’s central marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive client engagement.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Zoho solutions can meet their needs.
- Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
- Assist in the deployment and integration of Zoho products, ensuring they meet clients’ business objectives.
- Provide ongoing technical support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they fully benefit from our Zoho solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and offer consulting services to empower clients.
- Leverage the expertise and resources of KIDAN’s central teams while contributing to the growth of the new business unit.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Unit Lead and team members to drive strategy and execution.
- Experience: We are open to candidates at all levels of seniority, from junior to senior roles, as well as internship positions.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems is essential, particularly Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
- Sales & Marketing Skills: Proven ability in sales and marketing, with a focus on generating leads, converting them into clients, and driving customer engagement.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using Zoho solutions. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French; proficiency in German or Italian is a plus.
