As a Staff Applications Engineer, you will work closely with Rn D & PAE to promote Synopsys AMS & Custom Design EDA tools (such as HSPICE, Fine Sim, XA, Custom Compiler). Staff AE also need to not only give tools' training course to customers, but also address customers' technical challenges across various domains, including Analog design, simulation, layout ...etc. Your responsibility will include:

• Collaborating with Synopsys Rn D & PAE to solve customers' technical challenges.
• Developing skills in customer relationship management.
• It would be plus if any Fin FET Design/Layout experience.

*** Required Skills ***

• MSEE degree with 3~5 years of experience in AMS or Custom Layout.
• 5+ years Analog or Mixed-Signal design experience.
• 3+ years Custom Layout experience
• Solid understanding of Analog & Mixed Signal IC designs.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as HSPICE, Fine Sim, XA, Custom Compiler, Laker ...etc.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages like Unix Shell, TCL, ...etc.
• A ability to work independently on technical problem-solving.
• Good communication skills.
