Business Development Manager-TW2EU, Amazon Global Selling

- 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
This individual will be responsible for building pipelines for Taiwan based sellers’ recruitment by conducting in-depth business relevant selections’ analysis to craft category specific recruitment strategies. The role will also assist Taiwan brands to identify product selections catering to both at home consumers and for business buyers.
You will be part of business development organization under Amazon Global Selling, driving growth for Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts and integrated Account Management to support aggressive growth of 3rd party sellers’ business on Amazon.com in EU
Key job responsibilities
1. Understand Amazon Global Selling products as well as destination markets specific regulations to support Taiwan based Sellers
2. Develop thorough understanding of cross-border e-commerce landscape in European countries and buildup information about competitive offerings
3. Identify, acquire and foster third party sellers to join Amazon cross-border ecommerce for TW2EU programs
4. Create value proposition of Amazon Global Selling for TW2EU business
5. Leverage internal & external resources to remove roadblocks for seller launch
6. Equip with in-depth knowledge toward Selling on Amazon along with the features and functionalities that critical & essential to seller onboarding
7. Utilize the right tools to track all pertinent account development and sales movement as well as implement action plans based on metrics insights to guild your work with sellers and uncover hidden areas of opportunities
8. Achieve business goals focusing on both quantity & quality of seller recruitment to meet/exceed annual revenue targets and operational metrics
9. Support additional projects while maintaining the primary book of business
10. Deliver data driven business reviews regarding seller development and state of health for the respective territories with seller insight & action plan
- 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
