We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Cash and Trade Proc Rep, Taiwan - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5) based in Taipei, Taiwan.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Regulatory Reporting for FCY inward / outward transactions including data input, contact customers and review supporting documents of FX transaction.
• Handle customer/non-customer on line service inquiries and offline investigation.
• To prepare monthly report of central bank and various reports.
• Support management for administrative functions.
• To provide consultation to RM.
• Follow procedures and controls required .
• Provide feedback on project related activities
• Follow up pending items and resolve various issues. Handle customer/non-customer on line service inquiries and offline investigation.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Knowledge of Foreign Exchange Regulations preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Efficient verbal and written communication skills
• Good teamwork spirit
• Can work under High pressure, willing to learn and able to work independently
• Positive working attitude.
• Detail oriented
• Qualifications：金融市場常識與職業道德/銀行內部控制與內部稽核證照/外匯交易專業能力證照

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
