Your Role:
Ensures funds are properly valued and accounted for via accurate measurement of securities prices and/or positions. Calculates daily net asset values (NAVs), monitors and posts cash flows and effectively coordinates with custodian banks, prime brokers and other service providers.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Settlement instruction, corporate action process
- Ensure the accuracy of onshore fund/DIA valuation and reporting
- Reporting for regulators, internal/external parties
- Administrative work and ad-hoc assignments
The Experience You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business related area.
- Minimum 6 years’ fund accounting or related work experience in financial service industry or CPA firms.
- SITE license
- Knowledge of multi-share class fund accounting is preferred.
- Proactive team player
- Strong responsibility, detail oriented and independent problem-solving skills
- Good organization and time-management skills with multi tasks and work under pressure with tight deadline.
- Familiar with excel and word.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
