Role Overview:
- Provide credit risk solutions to corporates and financial institutions. Works with complex or high-profile account, products/services, sales or account management process to deliver results.
- Deliver client strategy and results, including strategic coordination of broking, servicing and sales activities with assigned clients and prospects to retain clients and achieve annual growth targets.
- Prospect development through networking, referrals etc. and leading the sales process and proposition to designated portfolio(s) including strategic coordination of sales, broking, consulting and servicing activities which are required to deliver the Aon value proposition to the prospect.
- Retain and grow Aon’s business, cultivating relationships with client’s decision-makers. Facilitate critical relationships between clients, Aon and insurers.
- Applies company policies & procedures and takes a broad perspective to identify solutions to resolve a variety of complex issues.
- Possesses advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and take ownership of client management including day to day program management, consultative service and relationship building.
- Decisions require the application of discretion and independent judgment to determine appropriate action.
- Builds productive working relationships with peers and higher-level professionals internally and externally to exchange information and make recommendations.
- Experience in providing counsel to complex clients including negotiating on coverage, fees, coordinating multinational insurance programs, leading collaboration across offices and geographies to support risk management practices on behalf of clients.
- Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing business developments and client retention.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and carrier.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
