We are currently seeking a Field Application Specialist who will be responsible for delivering the best customer experience and strategically promoting cutting edge product

What we’ll get you doing:

• Pre-sales Engagement: Actively participate in pre-sales activities, including product presentations, consultations, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and technical support to both internal teams (sales and distributors) and external customers, utilizing various channels such as telephone, email, webinars, and on-site visits.
• Project Leadership: Spearhead product-specific projects in sales or marketing, driving towards the strategic objectives of the commercial team.
• Representation and Networking: Represent the company in expert groups, as well as at national and international meetings and related industry events.

The essential requirements of the role include:

• Education: A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related life science field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of technical support or commercial experience in life science, cell line development, drug screening.
• Data analysis skills: Especially in microscopy imaging, script editing, and IT networking are desirable. Softmax pro, Meta Xpress and other Molecular Devices software experience is preferred.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly learn, observe, and solve complex problems.
• Communication and Coordination: Excellent skills in coordination, communication, and presentation.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record Requirements:

• Ability to travel – 15% travel, overnight, within Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macao
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
