The Sales team at Edenred Taiwan stands at the forefront of rapid business growth, bringing value to our customers through our digital product. YOU ROLE
The Field Sales Head will be responsible for delivering business growth in Edenred Taiwan. He/She will lead the Field Sales organization and implement sales strategy of Edenred’s product portfolio. He/she will drive B2B sales in acquiring new customers and business in the employee benefit market.
The team structure,
  • Direct report to Sales Director
  • Leading a team of 5~8 members
This Field Sales Head is responsible for:
  • STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy optimized for quick prospect engagement, quality new business acquisition and accelerated deal closures
    • Provide strategic direction to the sales team, ensuring agility and adaptability to dynamic market conditions and concur new sales opportunities
    • Set motivating sales targets for a team of Field Sales professional aligned to market landscape and conduct meaningful sales review meetings optimized to help them achieve their sales targets
    • Review, suggest and discuss sales incentive design with Strategy and Business Excellence Team to ensure Field Sales Team are motivated on a quarterly basis.
  • TEAM MANAGEMENT:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Field Sales professionals to be proficient in Edenred Selling methodologies, instilling a sense of urgency and accountability for business acquisition and profitability.
    • Foster a high-performance culture geared towards achieving rapid new sales targets and swift client satisfaction.
    • Review operational KPIs, such as visiting activity, funnel target/ conversion rates and win rate
    • Instill data driven performance management, use CRM (Salesforce) tools for sales performance tracking, including pipeline management (i.e. Lead, opportunity, contract progression), and optimize efficiency in end-to-end new customer acquisition process.
  • REVENUE GROWTH:
    • Drive the achievement of aggressive sales targets, continually assessing and adjusting strategies for optimal performance with a specific focus in acquiring new clients and at rate much higher than competition
    • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue immediate business opportunities for accelerated revenue growth.
  • NEW CLIENT ACQUISITION:
    • Acquire and build client relationships optimized for swift conversions, ensuring exceptional sales pitch and objection handling to win client satisfaction and close contract.
    • Leverage unique dynamics of rapid sales to establish trust and deliver quick wins for clients and in turns achieve high NPS scores.
  • MARKET ANALYSIS:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics influencing rapid sales.
    • Provide valuable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies geared towards rapid market penetration.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
    • Work with internal marketing teams to align lead generation, nurturing and conversion strategy and targets
    • Support marketing team in providing inputs for the development of marketing and sales tools
Top challenges in the upcoming 3 years:
  • Delivering enterprise-scaled new client to win high growth business volume and profitability target in a highly competitive market
  • Instilling disciplined sales operation activities and promote data-driven sales excellence mindset in field sales staff to drive performance.
  • Keeping the Field Sales Team motivated and engaged in the face of high growth target
  • Leveraging Marketing leads and further strengthening new client pipeline and forecast
  • Setting motivating acquisition targets to ensure double-digit growth per year
YOUR PROFILE
  • 8+ years’ experience as a Sales in B2B, Saa S software or digital products in mid to large-size clients; Minimal 4+ years’ as a Sales Leader
  • Demonstration of sales track record and leading sales team to over-achieve sales target through end-to-end execution of business strategies
  • Possess strong negotiation skills to secure new client selling opportunities, including sales pitch and objection handling, pricing agreements and contract terms
  • Adept at building mutually beneficial agreements that drive volume, new client growth and strengthen customer relationship
  • Strong leadership and people management skill, capable of enabling Field Sales to pitch effectively and convert new opportunities successfully
  • Experience in managing sales funnel and negotiating contracts with multiple stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience in undertaking a data-driven approach to new client acquisition
  • Ability to work closely with marketing teams to drive performnace
  • Experienced in using CRM tools (Salesforce) pipeline management to manage team performance
  • Strong analytical problem-solving approach
  • Good cross-functional communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
Languages required: Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
