Finance Manger - Financial Planning & Analysis

Key responsibilities:
He/She is responsible for overseeing the budgeting process and performing financial analysis. To develop accurate forecasts based on historical data and create detailed reports that explain their financial recommendations to senior management.
Reports to country FBP manager, he/she is crucial for the management team and businesses as it helps to set clear financial goals, create a roadmap to achieve them, and manage resources effectively. It involves analyzing P&L to create a well-structured financial strategy. Proper financial planning provides financial insights and holistic view of the overall performance of MCL Taiwan.

Who we are looking for:

Developing complex financial models and corresponding assumptions used to evaluate the profitability and return on investment of potential customers.

Evaluate effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommends modifications to pricing structures based on costing structure as needed to align to company strategy

Partnering with various departments including Business development, finance and accounting, and account management to provide timely and accurate financial, analytical, and tracking support.

Leveraging keen business acumen, advanced analytical skill set and deep understanding of operational drivers to assess proposals.

Partnering with commercial finance team to integrate these transformational opportunities into the business plan / outlook.

Preparing financial presentation materials and form proposals for executive review with semior management team.

Supports special projects and ad-hoc analyses.
