SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

• 
  HR Advisor for Multinational Heavylifting and Transportation Company
• Working at Hsinchu County or Taichung City Taiwan

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Talent Acquisition
  Use MAMMOET recruitment system to handle with full life-cycle of hiring, from building up the talent pool, sourcing, interviewing, selection to offering activities.
  
• Timesheet Administrator
  • Assist employee and manager to edit or approve timesheet.
  • Work with IT to resolve Timesheet related issues.
  • Maintain OT in payroll report ..etc.
    
• Maintain HRIS (For example : SAP & other MAMMOET system)
• Reporting
  Provide Human Resource reports with correct and useful HC critical business indicators.
  
• Assists in managing projects that help to proactively improve the positive workplace.
• Supports employee engagement initiatives and HR programs, handle employee questions and employee relations.You will be able to understand and communicate on people policies and procedures as necessary.
• HR Operations
  Ensure smooth support to business in area of visa/work permits, employee travel..etc.
  
• Assists in ad-hoc HR tasks.
• Frequent Business Trips between Hsinchu and Taichung Office.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 5 years of relevant broad HR work experience
• General knowledge of HR administrative tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to details
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Be familiar with SAP will be a plus.
• Be familiar with Linked In recruiter role
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
