Amazon Seller Onboarding Consultant

Amazon.com is seeking an energetic, motivated, and analytical Onboarding Consultant with account/project management experience to drive the success of Taiwan-based sellers and facilitate their growth across borders.

As an Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting Taiwan-based sellers to successfully launch and grow their Amazon businesses. This will include providing hands-on guidance for new sellers during their onboarding process, with a focus on helping sellers create high-quality product listings, set up shipments, troubleshoot technical issues, optimize product selection and advertising, and improve inventory management.

You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Seller Education, and Account Management teams to accelerate seller success. This will involve offering 1-on-1 consultations, diving deep into seller pain points, developing educational resources and service modules to enhance the seller onboarding experience, and recommending opportunities for operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1-on-1 onboarding consultation and support to help new sellers successfully launch and grow their Amazon businesses
• Identify seller onboarding challenges and work cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues
• Develop communication materials and mechanisms to build sellers' Amazon operational knowledge and drive success
• Gather seller feedback, analyze performance data, and recommend product/service enhancements to improve the seller experience
• Track and drive improvements in key business metrics to boost seller performance

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a customer-facing role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address seller pain points
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide consultative guidance to sellers
• Familiarity with e-commerce and online marketplaces, preferably with experience working with Amazon sellers
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
