We don't just build products—we shape the future of personal finance in Asia.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with bi-lingual proficiency in English and Chinese to manage our personal finance comparison platform. The ideal candidate will define and execute the product strategy for our personal finance marketplace, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
What You'll Do?
In this role your key responsibilities will include the following activities,
- Roadmap Planning : Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, market demands, and business objectives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within scope
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decisions
- Customer Feedback: Gather and incorporate feedback from users to continuously improve the product experience and address any issues or concerns
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor products and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and identify potential threats and opportunities
- User Research: Conduct user research and analyze market trends to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement
- Language Proficiency: Bi-lingual fluency in English and Chinese
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management experience, preferably in the personal finance or fintech sector
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in product management and content management platforms such as Hub Spot, email marketing tools (e.g., Stripo, Mo Engage), social media scheduling tools, project management tools like JIRA and collaboration platforms like Confluence
- Strong understanding of digital marketplaces and personal finance products.
- Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
