Who is the Retail Account Manager?
As a Retail Account Manager, you'll collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop growth opportunities in telecom channel, products, campaigns, and solutions.
To achieve your sales goals, you'll drive sales performance, cultivate, and maintain valuable, long-lasting connections with your accounts' key stakeholders. In addition, you will forecast and monitor account metrics, implement sales plans, and effectively communicate the status of efforts to the internal and external stakeholders.
You will report to the Sr Account Manager - Taiwan and responsible for our telecom channel.

As a Retail Account Manager, you'll collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop growth opportunities in telecom channel, products, campaigns, and solutions.
To achieve your sales goals, you'll drive sales performance, cultivate, and maintain valuable, long-lasting connections with your accounts' key stakeholders. In addition, you will forecast and monitor account metrics, implement sales plans, and effectively communicate the status of efforts to the internal and external stakeholders.
You will report to the Sr Account Manager - Taiwan and responsible for our telecom channel.
Key Duties:
- Drive sales performance to meet sales targets.
- Manage day-to-day responses for product related escalations and ensure client satisfaction
- Assess and respond to gaps between current product, customer needs and competitive offerings
- Providing training and support to region supervisors/ channel directors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional strategies to enhance their ability to sell products effectively.
- Deliver products and services campaigns to influence regional supervisors and above, conducting product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales results.
- Provides internal stakeholders with regular market feedback and competitor insights
- Track sales metrics and sales plan implementation.
- Relevant work experience in managing telecom channel with consumer electronics products.
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop etc.
- Excellent communication skills with intermediate English proficiency.
- Solid account management and channel management skills.
- A team player, who can work in matrix organization and multi-national companies.
- Understanding of Telecommunication, Mobile Device Industry, Consumer Electronics or Value-Added Service .
- Mobile device OEM experience is plus.
