Job Description
- Motivate and Monitor Dealer Performance to achieve After Sales Target in Parts and Accessories Sales, Retention, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Dealer Operation Standard.
- Implement global policy project i.e. Service Tablet, Express Service.
- Conduct regular review / evaluate analysis and provide action plan to the dealers for improvement of their after- sales quality & business.
- Conduct report regarding to after-sales related issues and dealer feedback for the contribution to the policy or decision making of the management.
- Ensure that all reporting required by Nissan Motor Thailand are provided accurately and on a timely basis for Dealer After-Sales business.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with key customers and dealers throughout Thailand.
- Monitor and development plan to ensure that all dealers are met the part targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 8-10 years' experience in after sales function, dealer business development in automotive business.
- Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and organization skills.
- Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex.
- Good communications skills in English both spoken and written.
- Good presentation and negotiation skill.
