Associate Manager, Marketing

Plan and implement marketing campaigns to boost user acquisition and drive sales in the Thailand market, including selecting the appropriate products/destinations and deciding on the discount mechanisms.
Lead cross-functional project teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget, and objectives.
Plan, track, and report on campaign progress and outcomes. Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as content, design, Partnership, CRM media buy, KOLs, product teams, and business development teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Develop comprehensive campaign plans that outline goals, target audiences, messaging strategies, and KPIs.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
Gather and analyze market trends and customer behavior. Monitor customer feedback and behavior to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
Work closely with the central team to ensure consistency with global strategies.
Foster collaboration and communication within the marketing team and across other departments.
Mentor and guide junior team members on campaign execution and project management best practices.
Support Marketing Lead to build relationships and project manage any external cooperation opportunities including partner funding and special projects that generates revenue, increase user touchpoints, and also traffic to the platform.
Other duties that may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
What you will need:
At least 5 - 6 years working experience in digital marketing campaign.
Logical thinking with analytical skills.
Lead by example in demonstrating proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Digital campaign execution experience with proven performance is necessary.
Be passionate about traveling, communication, and idea implementation.
Strong communication skills and growth mindset.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, a good team player.
A start-up attitude and globally-minded - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
