This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.
Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description
- Collect the information about raw material quality issues from the production line. (Lot no., Pictures, NOK qty, total quantity, station detected, timeline)
- Decide about containment actions (stop using those raw materials, scope lots, sorting, finding new lot) to secure production line stop.
- Coordinator between MOE3 to PQA/ IPN (CKD parts) for Quality issue
- Follow-up root cause investigation and corrective actions of non-conforming materials and their status for both PQA / IPN
- Summary defective rate of non-conforming materials
- Maintain role in SAP for CKD part (Supplier complain process, Q-Management, etc.)
- Support Quality data for team investigation example Measurement data.
- Support system CIP, Customer complaints, Claim part from customers, Raw material issues (if concern)
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Higher vocational education or bachelor's degree
- Good command of English (Can communicate with each other)
- Experience to lead the cross functional team for quality topic, project quality and complain management
- 3 Year Experience at least in automotive industrial
- Technical / Methodological Competence
