Customer Service Representative

Customer Service - Thai Proficiency
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
✅Salary Details:
Base salary: 22,000 THB ++
KPI: up to 1,000 THB per month
Attendance: up to 750 THB per month
Night Shift: 200 THB per day (after 10pm available)
✅Project: Travel Account
✅Qualification: Bachelor's degree
✅Shedule: Able to work in shift rotations
✅Headcount: 30
✅1 month training (Mon – Fri, 09.00 - 18.00)

*Responsibilities*
  • Chat, email, Voice
  • Support with flights + hotel inquires.
  • Candidates who have experiences in *hotel & *flights are preferred✅ *Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:*
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Offer additional products and/or services.
  • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ฿23,000.00 - ฿24,000.00 per month
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Experience:
  • Hotel/ flight: 1 year (Preferred)
