Job Description

• Performs, manages, and supervises maintenance operations for exterior and interior facilities including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating, cooling, structural, parking areas, and other maintenance work necessary to maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition.
• Ensures the safety and comfort of the guests and team members

Qualifications

• 
  Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a similar hotel brand.
• Proficient in all aspects of building operations and facilities management.
• Strategic Planner and proficient in making annual operating budget for the department.
• Excellent Project Management, including the proactive preventive maintenance management.
• Priorities Handling and Resolutions.
• Visionary Leadership and excellence time management
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communications both in English and Thai.
