Responsibilities

• Education Planning & Coaching. Advise families on university educational paths and corresponding planning and application strategies toward admission into top universities; Build student profiles; Conduct practice interviews with students; brainstorm and refine students’ personal statements
• Case Management. Oversee students’ entire application process: strategic positioning, school selection, profile building, test preparation, academic mentoring, recommendation advisory
• Business Development. Support the development and generation of new business opportunities and income for the assigned markets - Thai & English speaking markets in SEA
• Partnerships & Community Building. Build and maintain a social network of customers and followers
• Business Analysis. Conduct regular scans and reports on competitors and industry/sectoral trends; identify and manage partners in education and other related industries, including but not limited to schools, test prep institutions, enrichment course providers, etc
• Operational & Events Support. Assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Education. Solid academic record; bachelor's degree; overseas exposure a plus
• Language. English and Thai; a third Asian language a plus
• Personality. Thoughtful and articulate; analytical yet a lateral thinker; customer and detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability; nimble to fast-paced environment; bold and creative; tech and social media savvy
• Aptitude. Quick learner; can-do attitude; a go-getter; an open mind
• Character. Mature yet fun; accountable; enjoys fostering relationships; helpful and collaborative

What will you get?

• Five days per week, with an average of 40 hours. You will be entitled to two days’ rest every week (which may or may not be falling on the weekend), depending on the teaching schedule.
