Job Description

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other required items.
• Serve food and beverages during events, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Monitor guest needs during events and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout the event.
• Assist with event preparations such as checking equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in order before the event starts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and guest satisfaction.
• Follow all safety and hygiene standards as required by the resort.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banquet or event service is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards of service.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
