What you'll do:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Payment Processes: Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable, including vendor payments, invoice verification, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Review Employee Expense Claims: Ensure all employee expense claims are accurately reviewed for compliance with company policies, and process payments timely
• Monitor and manage cash flow: ensuring adequate funds for operations and timely payments.
• Oversee accounts receivable functions, including customer billing and collections.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist in Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc financial reports. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with External Parties: Act as the primary contact for tax consultants, auditors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and compliance with external requirements. Assist in audits and tax filings as needed.
• Ensure robust internal controls are followed, particularly in the payment processes, to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks, particularly when managing large volumes of data. Ensure all financial records are meticulously maintained and compliant with company policies.
• Support Additional Financial Reporting and Ad-Hoc Accounting Duties: Provide assistance with other financial tasks as needed, including system improvements, process documentation, and special projects.

Who you are:

• Diploma or equivalent in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial accounting experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and native fluency in Thai.
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws, including withholding tax and value-added tax, as well as an understanding of international accounting standards and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases, and SAP (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
