Job Title: Interior Designer
Location: Level 30, Bhiraj Tower at The Emquartier, 689 Sukhumvit Rd, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will contribute to the entire design process, from schematic design to project completion, ensuring that every space we create is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design Process: Collaborate and contribute to the interior design process from the schematic design stage through to the finalization of design, ensuring creative and practical solutions for each project.
● Technical Documentation: Create and manage design-related documents, including all technical drawings such as plans, elevations, sections, and interior design details using Auto CAD.
● 3D Modeling and Rendering: Develop 3D models and renderings using Sketch Up, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona to visualize the design concepts and present them effectively.
● Material and FFand E Specifications: Prepare detailed materials schedules, FFand E schedules, and coordinate with suppliers to acquire necessary samples or information for projects.
● Client and Supplier Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors, providing on-site advice and ensuring that project requirements are met.
● Time Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adhering to project schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design or a related role.
● Skills:

• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, and Photoshop.
• Strong hand sketching abilities.
• Proficiency in presentation software such as Power Point and In Design.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English. (Vietnamese or Japanese would be a plus)
• Strong time management and project coordination skills.
